To begin keeping a journal (which is a great thing to start at this time of year especially at the beginning of a New Year), is easy, you sit down with a book and start writing. Ah. but to develop and continue "the habit", to make it work for yourself and to use it as a tool, a good guide is very helpful.
If you get this book and follow it one day at a time for 14 days it will help open the doors of self discovery, awareness and growth. I have been journaling for years and have been doing it everyday without fail since the star of covid, even designed my own books which are available. I have the habit/ritual and belief in the useful benefits of journaling. I find Mari's book to be insightful and inciteful (in a positive way) and will definitely use some of the approaches taught here.
I recommend this book if you are motivated towards journaling.
I've read several of Mari's books, and in each one, she brings you on a journey of self-exploration and healing. The journaling prompts are like sparks to inspire you to learn more about yourself, your triggers, your dreams, and more. I'm inspired every time I open up one of Mari's books or workbooks.
