During the process of journaling for 27 days focused solely on my body I was able to gently learn to accept my body just as it is. It has taken years to be this way and it has served me well. Is it at my ideal weight? NO but it is a reflection of who I am and what I have struggled through.
With this information at hand, I am making small changes that feel right for my health and peace of mind.

I had a different expectation when I purchased this program. I figured I would write 15-30 minutes each evening on a topic and sort out things. It's been really interesting, often I stay in that time range; but there are topics that I take much longer with because they resonate with me differently and need more time. Other times I realized I get the point right away and rather than write to reach the answer I need to write to figure out my answer, I write to decide if my answer is good, appropriate and making my life wonderful or not. it's been very different than I expect but it's been really awesome.

I had been thinking about journaling for some time, but lacked the focus to get started. Mari's 27 Day Challenge gave me the structure to get pen to paper. On a deeper level, the progression of the themes each day helped me to recognize the patterns that keep me from being my best. Whether I wrote hundreds of words or jotted down a few sentences, each days' work brought me great insights. An unexpected bonus was the Facebook group for participants. Great to be on the journey with others!

Mari's Peace of Mind and Body journal delivers what it promises. Her journal is succinct, straightforward, supportive and worth the investment. Her one page exercises speak to the heart and help anyone wanting to improve their world journal their way to health and happiness. I highly recommend it.
